Notes, but Useful.
Write your workout the way you already do — messy shorthand, your own format, whatever works between sets. The app turns it into a proper workout log with exercises, weights, sets, and reps. Nothing changes about how you train.
Beat Last Workout.
If today is push day, you'll see exactly what you did last time — the weights, the reps, all of it. No scrolling through old notes. No trying to remember what you hit last Tuesday. Just open and go.
Proof of Progression.
Your notes turn into graphs that show real progress over weeks and months. Track your estimated one-rep max, see volume over time, and get notified when you hit a personal record — all from the same notes you were already writing.
Everything you need. Nothing you Don't
The speed of note-take with the power of a dedicated tracker.
Your Shorthand, Understood
Write "bench 225 — 8, 8, 6" or "squat 3x5@135." Your workout notes become a structured gym log with exercises, sets, reps, and weights — no forms, no dropdowns, no slowing down your rest period.
Know What to Beat
The app shows your last workout for today's muscle group. Walk in, open the app, and you already know: last time you hit 80kg for 8. Today, go for 9.
Graphs That Show Real Progress
See your estimated 1RM climb over time. Track volume per muscle group. Watch your bench press go from 60kg to 100kg on an actual graph — not just a feeling.
PR Tracking
Hit a new personal record and the app tells you. No need to remember what your best ever bench set was. It's already tracked.
Works With No Signal
Log your workout in the gym basement, the garage, wherever. Your data saves locally and syncs when you get connection back.
Any Split, Your Way
PPL, Upper/Lower, Bro Split, Full Body, or no split at all. Tell the app how you train once and it organises everything around that.
Your Data, Always Yours
Export your full workout history to CSV or text file any time. Your training data belongs to you.
Set Types Built In
Warm-up sets, drop sets, failure, AMRAP, supersets, giant sets — log them all the way you'd write them down.

Different than other gym trackers
Recently downloaded this app because I was tired of all the other gym apps out there. I love how simple it is. I literally just use it like a notes app, and it automatically turns everything I log into actual data so I can see my progress. If the other apps aren't for you, this one might be exactly what you need.

It just works
I paste my workout from the iPhone notes app after each session and it's all converted automatically. Surprised it worked so well!

Great app, eliminates clunkiness of Notes app
I used to use the Notes app on my phone to track my workouts. Would run into the issue of not being able to see my progress unless I used another app, making logging and tracking my progress clunky and time consuming. Every day I would overwrite previous info and lose whatever I put the day before. This app eliminates that. With the easy Translate feature, I just copy and paste my messy notes and the app automatically converts them into trackable and readable data. Now I can see the progression of weight and reps over time, in the easy to read format of the simple and functional interface. This has definitely become a vital part of my workout routine.
